Titanium Flanges

Applications: Titanium flanges are widely used in chemical and off-shore equipment due to their high corrosion resistant capacity.

A lap joint flange is used with a matching stub-end inserted inside. The main advantage of this type of flange is that once the pipe is welded to the inserted stub-end, the flange can then rotate for easier alignment of the bolting holes.
Application:
Lap joint flanges are mainly used in piping systems requiring frequent dismantling for inspection and cleaning.

Applications:

Titanium Mesh

Titanium mesh is made from stamping titanium sheet, which is ASTM B265 specified commercial pure titanium sheet since the strength for alloyed titanium is too high to be stamped into mesh. The width and length of the mesh we can provide will be the same with the sheet.
Titanium has two most useful properties, unique corrosion resistance and the highest strength-to-weight ratio of any metal. Titanium materials can be used in many fields, such as chemical and electronic industry. Titanium mesh is mostly used as anode and filter element in chlor-alkali industry and other chemistry industry.

Medical Titanium Mesh

Medical titanium mesh anodization treatment -After the anodization treatment, its corrosion resistance, hardness, wear resistance, insulation, heat resistance are improved. Life is longer and histocompatibility is higher.

Medical titanium mesh also has strong compression performance and good histocompatibility. After implanted in the human body, the fibroblasts grow into the pores of titanium mesh, so it can integrate with organizational and also have calcification and ossification tendency. It is an ideal cranioplasty material.
Cast Titanium Alloy

Cast Titanium alloy has equal ultimate strength as cast steel alloy and many other characteristics superior to the latter.
- Density of only 4.5, much lower compared with 7.8 for steel;
- Heat resistance up to 400°C/500°C;
- Higher corrosion resistance; and
- Bio-compatibility (no rejection by human body)
Titanium alloy are melted in vacuum skull furnaces and can be casted to many designations of pumps,valve impellers, artificial joints and machines of other shapes. This method can simplify molding and effectively control metallurgical quality. Thicker and larger size castings can be precisely realized by this method.
Ceramic mold investment casting
